1978 Chevy Corvette Sports Car
I run into this 1978 Chev Corvette some time in July while photo walking. In 1970's, the starting price of a new Corvette was about US$8000. Nowadays, the price of a 1978 Chevy Corvette is between $11,000 to $21,000. Chevy Corvette is a sports car produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors. 1978 was the Corvette's twenty fifth anniversary, and all 78's featured silver anniversary nose and fuel door emblems.

Centon F1.8 50mm Minolta MD Mount Lens
A month ago, bought an inexpensive lens from ebay for a few dollars including the Centon DF-300 body. I use the lens on a digital camera with an adapter. The IQ (image quality) is quite good. It is fun to put a vintage lens on a digital camera to take picture. So far I had bought a few vintage lens including a Sigma 28-70 mm, Vivitar 28mm and Miranda 35-70mm macro lens for less than $30 each from ebay. I am quite happy with all these lens in terms of IQ and construction.
Here is the Centon DF-300 with F1.8 50mm lens bought from ebay.
Centon DF-300 has the following features:
The camera features a 50mm F1.8 standard lens; Aperture priority; Manual; 1984 vintage; and Minolta MD mount. DF-300 was derived from Minolta X300, X370s and X-7A. It was also delivered as the Vivitar V50 and Seagull DF-300x. Centon The name is a brand name of British retailer Jessop. The camera was made by Shanghai Camera Factory.
